This unit is produced by our institute on the basis of absorption of leading technology at home and abroad,adopting PLC control system, SIEMENS AC frequency conversion speed regulator and introducing F.F. forming enables the equipment to compare with the advanced welded pipe line worldwide. It has advantages as prominent technology, convenient operation, fine quality of the pipe surface.  

Process Flow:

coil preparation→uncoiling→stri leveling→shearing&butt welding→super loop→pinching machine→edge planing→ entrance guide→rough forming(F.F.)→fine forming→HF welding→ inner& outer burr scraping→IF seam annealing→air cooling→water cooling→online UT detector→sizing machine→Turkey head leveling→fly saw cutting→selection →beveling &end-facing → hydrotesting →offline UT dector→weighing, length measuring and printing → packaging → warehousing
